Perhaps if you may know your business Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats you can run your business comfortably and generate higher profit. As long as we can notice our business strength we can come out with an excellent strategy and proposal in how to manage the business. By wondering our business weaknesses we can try to take any move to improve the weaknesses and by knowing our rivals we can take any opportunities from the competition occur in the business line and also by faster identifying of the business threats we can save our business from any accident, crash or others. SWOT analysis truly help everyone or business or company to manage or run or take an action in any decision making.

Be aware guys, if you want to create new business or enter into the new market, please not just only focus on the capital, employees, raw materials sources and other internal factors... You also need to care about the external environment like the PESTEL and 5 FORCES to be evaluated in order to make decision whether to joint or enter in the market. Always bear in your mind every country have different  Political environment, Economic condition, Social culture, use different approach in Technology, Environmental forces and practice different Law and regulation. this is the the bindings between PESTELand 5 FORCES.

Ok girl... Take serious about this 2 things now...It is about your life and your future. Makes your dream come true and fight for it...

Vision is actually about the target, the goals and also what we want to become. In order to complete it, we need a mission to support the vision. Ex: I want to be a great businesswomen, so starting from now I need to improve myself in every single things and start saving for the capital of my business..

INSYALLAH everything will come easy if it is comes together with "doa"...Amin.

the basic foundation in Strategic Management.. actually it is about how we formulate, implement and evaluate any decision we made to achieve the objective.. This is one of the art that we can not see directly like the other art like painting and drawing..hehe.. I called this as an art because it takes a variety of creative stages and strong intuition to get the best result...BUTTTTTT remember Not all people have good intuition...

FIRST activity, FIRST class for this new semester

Meet Dr. Ummi Salwa again the "sporting" lecturer again after almost one year....hehe

Ok!!! Dr. wants us to be an engineer by build up a tower used newspaper and other sources in the class.

The first thing we learned from this activity in order to achieve the objective (the tallest tower) is, have a good planning, good teamwork spirit, solid foundation and the most important thing is have good materials and sorces by trying to use everything around us....
